Snoring a very common problem prevailing in the world today and both men and women suffer from it. It is a loud sound made by the mouth or nose while sleeping. Snoring happens due to the blockage of air movement while breathing when you are sleeping. Try not to eat dairy products especially after evening, as they increase the mucous in the nose which leads of blockage of nose muscles and hence more snoring.
You should avoid medicines like anti-histamines, sedatives and sleeping pills. They relax the muscles of the throat and increase snoring.Several other remedies include clearing of nose before going to sleep, avoid smoking, avoid things that leads to allergy, use herbs like passion flower and leaves of peppermint, use nasal strips, etc.
