Take a bath with this water and focus on pouring it over the area which is affected. This will give you immediate relief from prickly heat.

Gram Flour

This is another effective treatment for prickly heat. Take some gram flour and mix it with water to make a paste of it.  Apply this paste over the affected area, covering every visible part of the prickly heat area. Keep it on for 30 minutes and then wash it off with cold water.
