Before the inception of herbal or anti biotic medication people treated all ailments with natural remedies and therapies. Considering how fast paced our world is getting it is not of any surprise that anxiety levels are also increasing drastically. In some cases the anxiety levels are so high that they turn out in the form of panic attacks and other disorders.

Some of the common symptoms of anxiety include dizziness, fatigue and insomnia. This in turn has a negative impact on ones physical health and hence we can say that anxiety has an impact on all aspects of ones life. If you are suffering with high anxiety levels then you need to take care and ensure that you are able to reduce or control your stress levels.

You need not opt for medications or anti biotic to do this; the best way to keep your anxiety levels low is with natural remedies and treatments.

Exercise is a great way for you to control your anxiety levels. Exercising daily will help o control all the symptoms of anxiety and also elevates moods. It relieves stress as well as gets rid of toxins from the body. Walking is a good way to reduce your stress levels so is aerobics. 45 minutes of rigorous exercise three to four times a week will keep you healthy and free of stress. You will also be able to sleep better.

When you are stressed out the first type of food that your body will get attracted to are those that are high in carbohydrates. Potatoes, sugars, white rice and bread are the most common cravings. You must avoid this food group as it increases your anxiety levels after initially giving you some solace. Skip your caffeine intake too; drink green tea instead.

Get as much rest as you can. Sleep is a good way to respond to high stress levels. Other ways to get rid of stress is to try yoga or other aids like DVD’s to learn to control your stress levels. You must also go for a check up to see if your condition is due to an overactive thyroid. In this case you need to get medical help.
