A Dummies Guide to Preventing Wrinkles

Have you ever come across a woman in her 60’s that has flawless skin that is devoid of wrinkles and lines? Well, if you want to be that women then I have a solution for you. There are a few things that you can do in order to prevent signs of aging from attacking your skin.Stop smoking. If you do not smoke then avoid second hand smoke. This is an easy way to get rid of wrinkles and lines on your face. If you are a smoker then you are puffing hot blasts of air on your delicate skin. The area under your eyes is very delicate and huge amounts of heat result in damage to the skin. Hot blasts of air on your skin could result in wrinkles and lines forming under your eyes. It could also be the cause of dark circles forming around your eyes. In order to prevent all these skin reactions it is important to avoid smoking.

Wear sunscreen. This is imperative if you want to have healthy skin and a glowing radiant complexion. You need to use sun block daily not only when you are headed to the beach. Carry a bottle of sunscreen with you in your bag and reapply if you spend a lot of time in the sun. Prolonged exposure to the sun increases the risk of sun damage and signs of aging. In order to prevent such skin complications you need to use sunscreen daily. Using sun screen will also protect your skin from skin cancer.

Avoid squinting. If your job requires you to spend long hours in front of a computer or if you have glasses and don’t use them when you are reading you tend to squint. If you walk outdoors and are unable to bare the glare of the sun you may squint. This action leads to you causing wrinkles on your skin. In order to prevent this you need to wear sun glasses when you go out doors and use reading glasses if you have a prescriptive pair. It is a good idea to get a pair of computer glasses too; these glasses prevent the eyes from the rays and the glare of the computer screen.
