Alternative Remedies to Rejuvenate Your Hair
A woman with long healthy hair is symbolized as sexy or appealing. She is always chosen over one with dry dull lifeless mane. For decades women have laid emphasis on healthy hair. Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness by washing your hair regularly, if not daily helps to keep your hair healthy. Always use a shampoo that suits your hair. If you feel that the products you re using are affecting your mane negatively; then you must discontinue the use.
Often stress can lead to your hair being dull and lifeless. In order to reduce your stress levels; you must play soothing music when you are brushing your hair. This helps to increase the blood circulation in your scalp and thereby strengthens the roots. Brush your hair from root to tip abut 20 to 30 times to take care of any loose ends or weak hair.
While listening to the music sit comfortably and place both your hands on either sides of your head. Massage it in circular motions to help to increase the blood circulation and the flow of blood. Start from the top of your head and gently move lower inch by inch till you reach the nape of your neck.
After this you must wash off the excess oils that were not absorbed by the scalp. To do this you must use warm water and a mild shampoo that will help to get rid of the oil. Continue to use your fingers in a circular motion till you work up a lather to wash off all the oil.
After your final rinse, use a pea size amount of conditioner on the entire length of your hair and let it stay for about three minutes. Then wash it off with warm water and a final rinse with water at room temperature.
Avoid using too many heating products on you hair like iron and curlers. They tend to make your hair dry and dull.
