Arthritis Treatment with Proper Exercises

Arthritis is a disease that causes pain and loss of movement to the joints. Joint pain, also called arthralgia is the leading cause of disability among the individuals over the age of 55 all over the globe.

Arthritis pain is extremely frustrating and can be nagging and crippling that can continue for days after days. Arthritis is not considered as a single disease but encompasses about 100 different conditions.

Strengthening exercises: The objective of this exercise is to boost and improve the strength of the muscles of the body. This helps to treat the ailments that have attacked the bones and the joints.
