When you sneeze avoid sneezing into your hands as they are not equipped to catch all the germs that you are expelling out into the air.

Sneeze into your elbow while using your other hand to cover your mouth. When you sneeze or cough into your hand the risk of transferring your germs onto someone else is higher as you use your hands to touch doorknobs or wish someone with a good handshake.

Avoid touching your eyes, mouth and your nose especially if you are around people who are coughing or sneezing. If you have shaken hands with one of these people and then touched any of these parts of your body you are allowing the germs to gain access to your body.
