Green tea is known to reduce cholesterol thereby warding of heart diseases as well. It is known to boost your immune system while helping to reduce weight for those who consume green tea regularly. It is known to have 50 times more strength than Vitamin A and E supplements.
By going on a green tea diet you can choose to have the diet pills or drink he extract regularly. This not only helps to shed the pounds but also reduces heart diseases, high blood pressure, protects against kidney diseases and cancer growths. It also helps in building muscle mass.

Firstly, you need to choose the right size of the leaf. A smaller leaf is recommended. You can also choose to use a tea bag as it has more value than brewing the tea. If you using tea leaves then pour hot water over the tea leaves and let it gel with the water. Strain the leaves and drink it hot. For tea bags just place the bags in the water. The longer the bags are seeping the more benefits you reap. Keeping the bags for a shorter period increases your caffeine intake.
