Natural Treatment For Wrinkling Of Skin
Facial massage is the first step towards a healthier complexion. It improves circulation, release toxins and produce a wrinkle free skin.
Coconut oil or Olive oil is the best for normal skin to improve the tone and texture of wrinkled skin. Gently massage with any of these oils using your fingers and exert very little pressure at times. This should be done for 20 minutes every day.
Massage the core of a pineapple on the face and wash with water after 10-15 minutes.
Mix sugarcane juice and a little turmeric powder and apply it on your face. Once dry, wash with cold water.
Grate a raw coconut and squeeze the coconut shreds to extract its milk. Apply the milk on your face and wash with water when dry.

Curd And Gram Flour
Mix curd and gram flour in equal proportions and apply this paste on your face. Wash thoroughly after 10-15 minutes.
A mixture of curd, honey, some drops of lemon juice and contents of Vitamin E capsules make a wonderful pack. It should be applied with a cotton ball for 15 minutes to have smoother skin.
Add a few drops of oat extract or lavender oil to the water used for bathing and apply an aloe vera cream after your bath.
Wrinkle Free Diet
