A cardio work outs help to reduce weight drastically. Start with a 10 minute warm up session and then start a strenuous work out.

Cycling in a gym or outdoors is good way to reduce weight fast. Do not follow the same exercise routine for more than 3 months. If you do your body will get accustomed to the routine and it will not burn calories. This will lead to a lot of frustration as you will not be able to see any changes in your weight even though you are exercising regularly.

Changing your exercise routine every 2 to 3 months will pose as a new challenge for your body and this will help you to loose weight quickly and with minimum effort. You can exercise even when you are sitting down. Firstly do not slouch when you sit. If you sit with your back flat against a firm surface and hold your stomach firm inside you will be exercising unknowingly and this will help you to burn a few extra calories daily.
