Causes Of Hand NumbnessHand numbness is a general condition encountered by many people. Numbness is basically caused due to the restriction in the flow of the blood. Sometimes blood may not flow evenly to the hands and the wrists causing numbness.

You can also use some medications to relieve pain. There are many medicines available in the market for numbness. Any way they provide temporary relief from pain. Don’t be just reliable on these medications.

Take a break

If you are working in the keyboard for times together then just give your fingers a break for 20 seconds to 5 minutes and just relax your fingers.

Dip in Cold Water

Dip your hands and fingers in the cold water for some seconds and repeat this process for 10 to 20 times, you get relieved well from your pain. Try it out it’s a best remedy and you will have an even flow of blood in your hands and fingers. If your wrist is weak then you will feel pain in your wrist due to numbness.

Even if there is no cure after following these steps it is highly recommended that you visit a doctor or a physician. A doctor always gives you a better advise and will prescribe excellent medications that will help you get rid of the numbness.
