A condition where you have difficulty in digesting your food is called dyspepsia. This is a common condition that affects both men and women due to poor eating habits. Some of the common symptoms of this condition are abdominal pain, heartburn, loss of appetite, constant burping, nausea and vomiting. In most cases throwing up what you have eaten normally gives some relief.

Over eating, eating at the wrong times, eating wrong food combinations and also eating fast without chewing food well are the common causes that give rise to this condition. When you eat your digestive organs work overtime. This leads to them not being able to process the food eventually. Eating foods that are too rich or spicy, raw foods or those that are not cooked well, insomnia and lack of exercised lead to this condition.

If you suffer from this condition frequently then you must take care and cures it as fast as you can as it can have a long term impact on the body. It can also lead to permanent damage of the internal organs.

One of the easiest ways to prevent this condition is to eat small meals that are neither too rich nor too spicy. You must also chew your food well and avoid eating rapidly. A few minutes of exercise after meals or merely walking around after a meal are good ways to aid the digestive system.

Lemon juice is an effective way to prevent this condition. It can also be used as a remedies. Drink the juice of a lemon in order to get rid of any gas build up in your stomach. The juice also helps to eliminate the waste from the body and gets rid of accumulated toxins in the body. Drink the juice before all meals for as long as you feel uneasy. You should get relief within 2 to 3 days.

Grapes and pineapples are two fruits that are effective in the elimination of waste from the body as well as they aid digestion. Eat the fruits of drink them in the juice form after meals. You may also start the day with the juice if you feel exceptionally uneasy.

Chewing on carrots is an effective way to get rid of the gastric build up in your stomach. The vegetables increase the production of saliva and this increases the amount of enzymes in the body. This ensures that the foods that you eat are well digested. You may also drink a glass of the juice. Since it is rich in fiber it will ensure that all the waste is eliminated from the body.
