Thank you immensely. For your excellent and most invaluable article on edema and salt.

I dramatically cut down on salt several days ago and my problems have gotten much worse: swollen feet, inflammation of the legs and bowels, thirst, dry eyes, shakiness, rigidity, and so on.

Are these normal symptoms of salt withdrawal? How long will they last?

I just found out at 11 weeks that the doctor could not hear a heartbeat. Now, I was told to either wait for a natural release or undergo surgery (DNC). I prefer a natural release but, nothing has happened as of yet no batural bleeding or anything.

This is difficult enough as it is. I DO NOT want surgery (DNC). But of course I need real proven natural release advice. I was informed that I could do infused parsley teas??? I need assitional advice. I need to know my options before proceeding. And most of all I want it just to be over now.

I am 14 years old. I had a diet and lost 17 kilos in 4 months. Now my weight is perfect, but I had no menstruation since the 25th of December 2010. I am worried. I checked with a doctor and he said to give it a chance till April, but I am still worried. Total blood picture were normal.
I don’t have an appetite to eat. I eat very small portions once or twice a day only when I feel hungry. I am not attracted to meat or chicken, but I feel more interest toward green leaves and vegetables.

Another way to do it is:
1: put warm water with sea salt into a cup (full)
2: put a spoon in and stir until the salt has dissolved.
3: take a spoon of the water and sniff it up 1 nostril until half the cu has gone.
4: then re-peat on the other nostril.

It works almost immediatly and im thankful to it after 4 years of congestion.
