I have had two cysts removed from the back of my hand and now am told that I will have arthritis. I am feeling the pain. I found that ice packs don’t help. Stretching the wrists are good when typing to help prevent carpel tunnel, my doctor gave me some great stretching exercises for my wrists.

I found that a brace is the best thing for me right now. I use a Scott specialties brace I found at http://www.vitalitymedical.com.

I have given up on the scars going away from the surgeries, but the brace and exercising the wrist has really helped with the pain.

If you’re in pain, ask your doctor about the exercises, they do wonders.
