Constipation Diet- What To Eat And What Not To Eat
An individual who experience three or less bowel movements in one week may suffer from constipation problem. In case of constipation, the sufferer faces solid and rigid feces and these are hard to push out. Lack of hydrating fluids as well as physical exercise,

Fiber-rich foods: Take foods that include high fiber content. People who consume foods that are rich in fiber are the ones who are less likely to get constipated. Raw fresh vegetables, green vegetables, whole grains, raisins, figs, prunes, fresh watery fruits like watermelon, fruits with thin skin like grapes or apples, etc. are some of the foods that need to be incorporated in the daily diet, as they are high on fiber.
Avoid fatty diet: There are lot foodstuffs that are low in fiber and high in fat. These include processed food, fried foods, white rice, white flour, ice creams, cheese, whole milk, etc. The sufferer needs to avoid these foods in particular.
Medications: If the constipation problem has taken place due to certain medications, then the sufferer needs to limit the intake of high fiber-rich foods as in such cases, such foods can worsen the constipation problem. Instead, it is always better to consult a doctor and alter the medicines, if required.
