Water is the basic requirement for our survival. Its twin components Hydrogen and Oxygen fill life in our body. The fact is that our body’s 2/3rd weight is water. If our body gets 2% drop of water content, then we will experience the symptoms of dehydration, lack of attention, short-term blurred memory, day-time fatigue, etc. It is important to consume eight to ten glasses of water everyday. Water not only helps you to fight diseases, it also results in clear and glowing skin. Still, many of us tend to ignore H2O and addresses welcome to several health hazards.
Water and Health are Synonymous
-Why water is important? Simple, the body cannot function without water. The following aspects will help you to understand the importance of water on health.
-Water maintains body temperature. Through perspiration, water spreads heat and cold in the body.
Our body joints are encircled by fluids, which are formed by water.
-Water clears our body waste by moving food through the area of intestine. Thus, it avoids constipation.
-Saliva is formed because of water.
-Water controls metabolism and work like a lubricant.

Taking water directly from well or tap is unsafe for drinking. The environment is polluted by several toxicants, bacteria, chemicals, and industrial wastes. Natural water is not safe anymore. Consuming such water directly can cause severe health problems such as diarrhea, stomach-aches, liver damage or even cancer. Thus, it is important to have water that is free from contaminants. Install a good water purifier at your home and drink healthy water.
