Anemia is a condition when there is deficiency of hemoglobin in blood. Hemoglobin is a molecule that is found in red blood cells. Presence of hemoglobin in blood is important because it carries oxygen from lungs to the tissues in the whole human body. Thus proper blood circulation helps to keep your body fit.

But if you are a diabetic patient do not take honey or molasses because these may increase the sugar content in blood.Beet root is natural remedy of anemia. Beet juice contains potassium, phosphorus, calcium, sulfur, iodine, copper, carbohydrate, protein, fat and many types of vitamins.
Indian gooseberry or amla is a good source of vitamin C and iron which is good in anemia. Various herbs like dandelion, barley greens, alfalfa are good source of vitamins and minerals which cure anemia in a short time. Vegetables like spinach, lettuce, beet, broccoli, fenugreek, celery, kale, etc. contain a great amount of iron, vitamin B-12 and folic acid. They help to cure anemia. Legumes, nuts, almonds, dry dates, peanuts, walnuts are effective to treat anemia.
Red meats, egg, kidney, liver of the chicken and lamb are full of magnesium and iron. These things are effective to treat anemia. Fish and oyster are effective against anemia.
