Defective Vision

Defective vision is an eye problem in which a person is not able to see far off things properly. It is also referred to as myopia or short sightedness. It mainly attacks to old age group. The various causes of defective vision are mental strain, improper blood supply, excessive watching of TV.

Following are some of the home remedies which are very useful in curing defective vision:

1)    Person suffering from defective vision must consume foods rich in vitamin A like raw spinach, milk cream, cabbage, soya beans.
2)    Other useful home remedy is liquorice. Take half teaspoon of powder with same amount of honey with that of ghee and take this mixture two times a day.
3)    Chicory is an herb which is very much effective in the treatment of defective vision. This herb contains Vitamin A in good quantities.
4)    One must take the carrot juice daily for curing this cause.
5)    One must take fresh fruits and vegetables as it is the best diet for defective vision.
6)    One must also avoid jams, tea, coffee, bread, meat in order to get rid of this cause.

All these remedies must be taken into care of in order to get away from this problem.
