Brush your tongue in the morning, after your meals and at night. This is one part of the mouth that we don’t pay any attention to and this is the one region that houses bacteria and germs that leads to bad breath and cavities. Use a special tongue cleaner once a week in order to get rid of the germs.

In order to whiten your teeth you need to use to prepare a solution using baking soda and water. Rinse your mouth with this solution. You can also brush your teeth with baking soda to whiten them.
