You’ll find this vitamin in fruits and vegetables like potatoes, tomatoes, spinach, broccoli, and carrots etc. It helps you retain the moisture in the skin.
Vitamin E and Vitamin C are powerful antioxidants that protect the skin against UV rays and retain the natural moisture of the skin. Include lots of fresh fruits and dark green leafy vegetables like spinach and broccoli, flaxseeds, wheat germ and legumes in your diet to avoid dry skin.

Fats can help retain moisture and prevent water from escaping. You should make foods that are rich in omega 3 and omega-6, a part of your routine diet. Both of these wonderful fatty acids help hydrate the skin, prevent loss of moisture, soften dry skin and give you a healthy glow.
