Alcohol is the most popular drink during the holiday season and they are drinks that you must watch out for. They harm your internal organs and they load you up with empty calories. While wine has therapeutic value, they are also high in calories. Beer is the one drink that you must avoid under all circumstances. It has no nutritional value and it loads you up with calories that help you with fats that accumulate on your stomach causing you to have a beer belly.
