Easy Ways to Loose Weight

In today’s society you will see that 60% of women are over weight, 30% are obese and the remaining 10% are size zero and they are on your television set. Being overweight and obese tends to feeling negative about yourself. A survey conducted recently shared light on the fact that women stated that if they were able to control their weight they would feel better about themselves, would be able to perform better at work and share better relations in their personal lives.

The risk with obesity is the number of issues that come along with it like heart diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer and in some cases infertility. If you are overweight or obese it is important that you follow a specific diet and exercise regime. Plan a healthy diet for yourself with the help of a dietician, exercises religiously and stay committed to your goal of loosing weight. When on a diet, do not weigh yourself daily. This will only lead you to loosing your focus and eventually you will loose out on your goal. Diet plans available in the market may be very specific, however remember they are very generic as well. Plan a diet that is specific to your needs and body type.

Diet pals normally recommend that you eat 7 to 8 servings of fruit and vegetable daily. Stay away from red meats, white meats is a healthier option. Add fish and eggs to your diet. Skipping breakfast makes you hungry and you tend to binge on tiny unhealthier snacks during the day. Eat a complete breakfast accompanied with a glass of milk. Plan an exercise regime and stay the course no matter what (unless you are physically unfit). And remember to get enough sleep during the night. Drink atleast 8 glasses of fluids everyday. Eliminate tea, coffee, caffeine and colas fro your diet completely. And most of all set realistic goals for your weight loss. O not attempt to loose all your weight in the first month itself, that is not possible. Target 10 % of your weight loss in the first month and work from there on for the next few month.
