Eating Do And Don’ts In Allergies
Many experience allergies with certain substances and foods and the main trick lies in eliminating those substances that over-stimulate the the immune system and taking foods to build the immunity system.
Some substances that produce dampness and mucus like dairy products, cold and raw foods, corn can be avoided. Don’t take foods that stimulate allergies on eating like bleached flour, white pasta, white rice, refined sugar sweets, soft drinks and high-allergy grains like wheat, rye and barley should be avoided at all costs. Also avoid Chocolate, shellfish, potatoes, tomatoes and eggplants should be consumed at the minimum.
A big do is foods that build up a healthy immunity system like papaya, cranberries, pear, pineapple, cherries, mangos and citrus fruits. Anyone should not forget to have his fill of green, leafy vegetables like spinach and kale. Do eat broccoli having essential nutrients for healthy immunity.
Make a healthy choice and do eat whole wheat bread, brown rice, whole grain pasta, quinoa, brown rice, and millet. Use spices like ginger, scallion, basil, garlic, oregano, cayenne peppers, white pepper, horseradish and turmeric cooking delicious meals that help to clear up one’s sinus passageways.
Do keep in mind to do something very important before you eat those fruits and vegetables that give you the power of immunity. Always wash them thoroughly washed in running water to remove residues of pesticides and chemicals. The best option would be to eat locally grown food produces the organic way. The next do is to drink lots of water which is at room temperature. This would help in the effective drainage of the lymphs.
Herbs like Magnolia flowers, xanthium, mint, dandelion, Chinese basil, silver root, and schizandra taken in the form of tea or in other methods helps to nip allergies at the bud.It is also best to take unfiltered and unprocessed honey which help in the initial cure of allergies caused by pollen.
Anyone following these do and don’ts of allergies and who eat a healthy diet can sure be protected and cured from allergies.
