To cure anemia you have to take nutritious food like fresh fruits and vegetables. Among fruits banana, lemon, apple are good for anemic person. Spinach, plantain, banana flour, beet toot, etc. are good source of iron and are excellent for anemic person.
Boil spinach but do not drain the water. Sprinkle some salt and drink the spinach water. This water is full with iron. Plantain also cures anemia very effectively. But outer rind of plantain is better than the plantain itself.
Boil plantain in little amount of water so that you do not have to drain the excess water, to get soft. Then grind the plantain skin till it turns to paste. Then boil a tablespoon mustard oil and fry black cumin seed, crushed garlic and black pepper. Add the banana rind paste in the oil. Stir for a minute and add salt to taste and pinch of sugar.
