In today’s age women are constantly on the go. This leaves them with very little time to exercise and eat healthy and thus eating on the go is a common phenomenon. With rising amount of stress related to work, family and personal matters diet plays an important role in the health of a woman.

Orange juice is a very good option for women. If you are buying a pack of juice then you must opt for one that has fortified calcium and minerals in it. This helps to boost metabolism, ward off PMS and fights high blood pressure. You must have a glass of Orange juice daily.

High fiber cereal helps to fight cancer and help to keep you satiated through the day. Thus eating a bowl of cereal in the morning is not a bad idea.

Berries are a rich source of anti oxidants. They help to keep you youthful and also help to fight cancer. Start your day with a few berries in your bowl of cereal and when you are dining out then choose desserts with fresh berries in them.

Always keep an apple and a few dry nuts with you. They are high in protein and anti oxidants that help to keep your energy levels high through the day.

Carrots are good foods as well, high in fiber they help to keep your eyes healthy and clean your blood as well.

Whole grains in the form of whole wheat bread and pastas are a good option as they help you to avoid eating carbohydrates and empty calories.

Dark chocolate is healthy as well. The cocoa in the chocolate is known to have curative powers against several ailments and also has the power to cure cancer and ward off germs that cause flu and common cold. A piece or two of dark chocolate wont hurt, mind you only dark chocolate will help.
