Almost every woman in this world, after getting married, wants to become pregnant and to give birth to her baby. However, for some woman the desire for getting pregnant and giving birth to a baby proves to be very disappointing as due infertility. There are many causes leading to female infertility. They may be physical, psychological or other type of disorders.

Disorders like depression, stress, fear, and anxiety can lead to infertility in a woman. Improper diet and poor health can result into functional fault of reproductive system and hence can cause infertility. Certain chronic and acute disorders are also responsible for infertility in woman. Metabolic disorder due to obesity or other reasons is also a factor leading to female infertility. Problem related to psychological disorders can be treated by psychotherapy and a woman can become pregnant.

There is no successful treatment for female infertility in modern medications. However, certain home remedies or herbal remedies can help in the treatment of female infertility. Winter cherry is useful in treatment of infertility in women. Taking tea mixed with powdered winter cherry for one week after periods while going to bed in the night can help in avoiding infertility. In case of functional disorder of ovary, jambul leaves are very helpful. Take about 300 ml of water, boil it, leave few jambul leaves on the boiling water, and leave it for more than 2 hours. Take this infusion with honey. This remedy is very helpful if someone has a problem of miscarriage.

A balanced diet and intake of vitamins and other nutrients is always helpful in avoiding physical and mental disorders which consequently helps in avoiding the problem of female infertility. Your food should include fresh vegetable and fruits. Meditation and yoga are also very helpful in avoiding stress, depression and other psychological disorders and therefore can avoid the problem of infertility in women. You should not take food, which are very fatty. Strong tea and coffee are not advisable in case of infertility in woman.
