Green leafy vegetables like spinach are high in omega 3 fatty acids. Start loading up on them as they act as blood purifiers and help get rid of bad blood from your system thus leaving you with shiny glowing skin.
Carrots are rich in Vitamin A; a much needed nutrient for your body and skin. Eating a few sticks daily or gulping a glass of juice will do you a world of good. Blend a carrot with sugar or honey for a rich juice that helps to hydrate your skin. On the plus side it is also a good healthy snack that keeps you away from junk food.
Berries are a rich source of anti- oxidants. In addition to working miracles with your skin it also helps fight cancer and wards away heart diseases.
