Green tea helps to flush out toxins from the body, reduces the levels of blood pressure, increases the metabolic rate, and enhances the flexibility of blood vessels. It contains “L-theamine”, a compound that helps the body to fight off stress.

Alcohol drinking, even with moderation, can increase the risk of breast cancer. Alcohol increases the levels of hormones such as ‘testosterone’ and ‘oestrogen’ in the blood, responsible for causing cancer. Alcohol even makes the breast tissues open to damages; therefore, promotes cancer. Alcohol is a high calorie drink, and weight gain has a direct impact on breast cancer.
Trans-fats and saturated fats are not recommended for breast cancer. Such foods include red meat, butter, coconut oil and milk chocolate. Fried foods like French fries, doughnuts and baked goods should also be avoided as they contain trans-fats.
A sugar high diet indirectly increases the risk of breast cancer. Such foods include baked goods, sweetened cereals, candy and soda. Even refined foods like white sugar, white bread, flour, pasta have the same effect.
