Dark Green And Yellow Vegetable
These vegetables contain Vitamin A and Vitamin B which provide your hair with volume, color and protection. These help in secretion of oils that moisturize the hair and prevent any damage. They also keep the scalp healthy.
Eat plenty of fresh green or yellow vegetables like spinach, broccoli, gourds, cabbage, cauliflower etc. as salads or juices to neutralize the effects of premature graying.
Early graying of hair can be caused due to inadequate amount of vitamin B12 in the diet. Include good portions of fish, meat and milk in your regular food to increase the intake of the vitamin B12 prevents anemia.

You can prevent premature graying if you intake 2 teaspoons of buttermilk each day. You can add 1 teaspoon of yeast and wheat germ oil to the buttermilk. This will prevent onset of early graying and reverse graying too.
