Gallstone can be defined as a small stone-like structure that develops within the gallbladder. These stones are normally the concentrated forms of the bile juice, which forms in the liver and then gets stored in the gallbladder, until its usage comes up.
Gallstones are of varying sizes. It may show up like a grain of sand or as large as a golf ball. Sometimes the gallbladder, of an individual, may hold a number of small stones or just a large one. Gallstones are mainly classified as Cholesterol stones, Pigment stones and a stone, which is a mix of the prior two Stones. In most of the cases, the body fails to show any signs or symptoms of the presence of the gallstone (silent stones, they’re called). However, if too many stones, or just one very large one blocks some of the other bile ducts (common bile duct, cystic duct, pancreatic duct), the body starts showing signs and symptoms, which may include all these:
Pain in abdomen (mainly the upper abdomen), lasting from several minutes to hours.
The same pain may rise up to the shoulders or an altogether different pain starts along the shoulder blades. Jaundice symptoms like yellowing of finger nails, eyes and yellow urine can also be symptoms along with fever with or without nausea and vomiting.
So if you’re experiencing any of these signs, you should check with your healthcare provider at the earliest. Gallstones are not the end of the world. Getting a gall bladder stone is very natural. These are not healthy, but not unnatural. It happens because of the bile juices produced by the liver. The same reason which creates gallstones may be the cause of obesity and other fat related problems. So, the best way to avoid them is to avoid the source itself, which is excess Fat.
The most common way of treating/ removing a gallstone is by surgery. Often, the gall bladder is also taken out. It doesn’t pose a threat but isn’t quite necessary too. Some natural ways are also there to remove the stone, but they will take time. These steps may be carried out even by people who don’t have gallstones. It’s good to just give a wash to the system of your body. Before starting off with the natural treatment it is highly advised to get yourself checked by a Doctor. The size of the stone matters too. If it is too big, then some natural methods should be avoided.

For at least 5 days, drink apple juice extensively (3-4 glasses), packaged or fresh both will do. Or, if you prefer the original ones, have four-five apples. The juice of apple helps softening the gallstones.
Don’t have dinner on the 6th day. You may have water, or light fluid (but not soup).
Mix a glass of warm water with a teaspoon of Epsom salt (otherwise known as magnesium sulphate). Then drink the solution at around 6 pm. Repeat this step again at around 8 pm. What the solution does is that, it opens up the gallbladder ducts.
Mix ½ cup of Olive oil with ½ cup of fresh lemon juice, and then drink the solution. This solution oils the stones, to ease their ‘retrieval’. Now, staying near to the wash room, go to sleep or just lie down. Don’t involve in any kind of physical activity. Hopefully, the next day you’ll be jumping in joy seeing your stools and the green stones in it (yes, it be joyous).
Gradual ‘Dissolving’ Method:
Cut a lemon in half. Now squeeze one half of the lemon in a cup and mix it with 20ml of Olive oil and one finely sliced small-to-medium sized garlic. The last ingredient i.e. garlic is optional, but advised. Consume this solution every morning, and with the remaining half of the lemon make a similar mixture and drink it in any other time of the day.
Another solution, which not only helps the liver situation and stops the stones from forming, but also keeps the other organs fit and fine is the Black seed oil. Take this everyday, increasing the amount of intake in gradual basis (for e.g. start with 5ml). This solution may force loose bowels for some of the following days, but that’s just what cleansing should be like.
In addition to the above steps, you may be interested in the following ones too:
• Half teaspoon of Turmeric Powder every day
• Beet root juice (Raw)
• Fruits like grape, apple, pear, lime, etc. 1 pc each day
Some Other ‘Steps,’ Which May Help Get The Stones Out:
The more water you drink, the less viscous the bile will be. This will help in washing out the stones or make it soluble in the bile so that it passes out with the Bile juice. Subtract the high-cholesterol foods from your diet. For e.g. stay away from foods like poultry, fishes, meats, egg yolks, etc. Include in your diet, 3-4 servings of food, filled with fiber and at least 3-4 servings of fruit.
Consult a doctor and then, everyday, take Vitamin C supplements, which helps to turn the cholesterol into bile. Also, if possible then gain access to Milk thistle and Turmeric. It is known to have a great array of healing qualities. It helps in bile production and cholesterol build-up, while turmeric has been proved in both preventing and in the treatment of gall stones.
Include in your regular diet, juice of certain vegetables like beet, carrots, lemons, grapes, etc. A regular dose of a mixture of ACV (Apple Cedar Vinegar) and apple juice helps to reduce the pain of the gall stones. You may try herbal tea too. Make it with the following ingredients: 1 teaspoon of Oregon grape root powder, 2 teaspoon of marshmallow root, 2 tablespoons of dried dandelion leaves, 1 teaspoon peppermint and 4 cups of water.
Put the water on the gas, now empty in this everything from the list, except dandelion leaves, and simmer for about 15 minutes. Now remove the container from heat and add the dandelion leaves and steer for 15 minutes. Now strain out the solution. You may drink it warm or cold. Store it if Refrigerator if extra and sip after every meal.
A recent study has pointed out to the fact that a good 30% percent of risk is minimized, in having gallstone, once you start a regular workout or just stay active in daily life. So exercise matters. Have a healthy lifestyle and the problems will not occur and even if they do occur they will vanish very quickly.
