Men are not the kind of people to spend time and money on grooming. While some of them just don’t care; others feel that their time would be wasted and grooming is best left to the women. It is when they see tell tale signs of aging and balding that you see them running and slathering on just about every product that you could name and anything that they could get their hands on.
Balding is a huge issue with men. Genetics has a huge hand to play in this. Some show signs of balding as early as their twenties. Dandruff is another concern for men; but most pay no heed to the signs and this eventually leads to balding. You need not spend too much time on your hair; just make sure that you do a few things and do them right.
Wash your hair every alternate day; but make sure that the water you use is neither too hot nor too cold. Warm water is best for your hair. It gets rid of the dirt and sweat and does not cause damage to your scalp or the roots of your hair. After you wash your hair do not torture it by rubbing the towel against your hair. This causes friction and damages your hair, causes breakage and even loss of hair. Do not use a hair dryer everyday either. Let your hair dry naturally. Avoid wrapping your head with the towel either. This leads to damage as well.
Do not leave the house if your hair is wet. This leads to attracting pollution onto the length of your hair. Instead make sure that your hair is completely dry before you go outdoors. Do not expose your hair to harsh climates either. If you are at the beach; then protect your hair with a cap; you could do the same in cold weathers.
Use almond oil or coconut oil on your hair once a week and massage it into your scalp and along the length of your hair. This helps to nourish the skin and your hair and prevent the formation of dandruff and hair loss.
