Eating potatoes are considered to be the best snack before and while drinking as the flavonoid in the potatoes absorb the alcohol and reduce the risk of dehydration and nausea. It also allows you to drink more before you reach your saturation point.
If you are doing Vodka or Tequila shots then you must chase each shot with a glass of water and some food. This makes your odds of having a hangover pretty slim.
You must also have an aspirin before you start drinking. The aspirin will help to prevent a headache when start drinking. If you binge more than your stomach can hold then the aspirin will you help to prevent headaches and heaviness.
