Almonds are known to be the king of nuts. There offer so many benefits to improve your skin and health that they are used worldwide in tones on a daily basis. Use it as a face pack or in a milkshake, you will reap the benefits of this nut.

How to use almonds in beauty products and routines

Almond are used as face scrubs in the products that you buy over the counter. It is simple to make at home as well. Simply soak a few almonds in warm water overnight. In the morning peal them and grind them to make a rough paste. Mix this with fresh cream and use it as a face scrub to exfoliate the dead skin cells. You can also use it on rough knees and elbows.

In another method you can soak the almonds over night and then boil them in the morning. Blend it with whipped cream and use it as a moisturizer. Your skin will feel ultra soft within a few minutes.

Almond beauty products are available a dime a dozen. If you are not able to make the products at home you can always buy them retail. Almond oil is also popular as it helps to moisturize your skin and prevent aging. Use it on your hair to get soft silky hair and keep away from pre mature graying.

If you massage your baby’s skin with almond oil she will have soft glowing skin for years to come.

How to use almonds to benefit your health

Research has proved the eating a few almonds daily increases your memory. The theory has been conducted on school age children and a sharp rise in IQ was noted. You can choose to benefit from the nut by eating it plain or blending it into your ice creams, smoothies, milk shakes or milk preparations. Add a spoon full of almond oil to a warm glass of milk and drink it before you go to bed at night. Your body will benefit from the oil internally as well as externally.
