I simply bite into this delicious fruit and indulge in it. However there are plenty of other ways to enjoy this fruits. Start with blending it into smoothies or milkshakes or simply making watermelon juice. You could also add a few pieces of the fruit to your salads and salsas. The best part of this fruit is that it contains 92 percent water and hence it helps to quench ones thirst. It also is a natural source of sugar so it helps to prevent any sugar cravings.
