Those suffering from obesity, high blood pressure and cholesterol are always watching what they eat. With a long list of restricted food, life seems a little less fun. But you need not fear for there area few things that you could do to get rid of your condition in the hopes of being able to have access to all the kinds of food that you love.

All health care specialists recommend vegetables to improve your health, an even better option to that is vegetable juices. They are a fun drink if blended with the right ingredients and they add to your hydration levels as well.

Take tomatoes for instance, they make a great juice. Blend tomatoes with a pinch of salt and sugar for a sweet tangy flavor. Keep it in the refrigerator to cool or server with ice cubes. It is a great summer drink. It helps to reduce acidity, improve your metabolism and increases your levels of Vitamin C thereby increasing your energy.

Carrot juice has several health benefits as well. Blend carrots with honey and pepper powder. This drink is high in fiber so it helps to ease your bowel movements. In addition it also helps to improve your vision and burns fat and empty calories faster.

Red beets are a great blood purifier. It is also high in fiber and a glass of it 2 to 3 times week will help you reduce weight by about 15 %. It is a great detoxifying drink as well and it helps to flush toxins from your body.

Cucumber juice helps to relieve acidity while cooling your stomach. The vegetables itself has a high water content and the juice helps to keep you hydrated for hours.

If you are interested in lose weight then you must drink low sodium vegetable juices for best results. These also help to improve your health in the long run.
