Celery sticks, carrots, olives and cherry tomatoes just out of the refrigerator is a snack for those family fun Television nights. Stay away from cheesy dips and store bough dips as they are high in calories.

Oatmeal as a breakfast cereal can be had at anytime of the day when you feel low on energy. If you do not have access to milk, pour hot water in your oats instead.
