Gout is a buildup of uric acid in the joint, causing the person a great deal of pain when the person tries to walk or move. People who suffer from this painful inflammation disease have looked for a cure for a long time fortunately there are a few things like herbs that Mother Nature has provided which can be used to help relieve the pain.
Bromelain is a herbal supplement that is available at any health store. Keep it handy and use it during any attack of pain caused due to your gout suffering. Many people have had great success in coping with this medical condition by using this particular herb. If you are aiming at relieving long suffering pain and managing you gout then you should make a combination of herbal supplements. A good mixture to keep handy is vitamin C along with cherry and nettle. Taking this mixture for the period of your gout has been found to be very helpful in reducing the pain. Alternatively Bromelain can also be combined with Quercitin . The bromelain should be taken in a lower quantity when combined with this other herb and this not only helps take long term care of the gout but also helps stamp out temporary pain caused by flare-ups. The Quercitin helps lower the uric acid in the body thus being very effective in the treatment of Gout.
Inflammation of the joints also leads to inflammation of the tissue in the skin and if you want to reduce the inflammation then you could use flaxseed oil. It is rich in leukotrienes which help reduce the level of swelling.
Another effective method to reduce the long term pain associated with this condition is to have a herbal tea that is prepared with high levels of cat’s claw and devil’s claw. This has not only helped reduce the number of flare-ups but also the intensity caused due to this condition.
