The best cure for controlling high blood pressure is to lower down the intake of sodium rich diet. Increased salt intake is one of the most commonly found reasons for high blood pressure and other heart diseases. You should also stop eating oily food.

High level of cholesterol in food might also lead to rise in the blood pressure. They can also lead to other chronic conditions which are difficult to cure. Try to perform relaxation yoga exercises. They will be helpful in reducing stress which is also a cause behind blood pressure. Meditate for at least once a day especially during morning time and you’ll be able to remain mentally stable for the whole day.

The best treatment is the intake of fenugreek seeds daily in the morning. It’s better to have it empty stomach. Mixture of raisins and garlic is also a good treatment for controlling blood pressure. Amla and Aloe Vera both are helpful in healing blood pressure problems. It would be much more helpful if you’ll take in empty stomach in the morning. Aloe Vera is not so essential but amla is much more required for treating high blood pressure. Increase the intake of fruits and vegetables and eating papaya would be treatment.
