Herbal Remedies For Leucorrhoea Treatment

Leucorrhoea or the whites is a strange ailment found among the women. It is a symptom of a vast amount of diseases. As per this ailment, the woman faces whitish discharge from the vagina that consequences from inflammation or irritation of the lining membrane of the genital organs. It has a stinking smell and can also be thick and viscid. In general, the normal discharge of the vagina are slightly sticky substance and slimy in nature. The amount of vaginal discharge all through the menstrual cycle varies from person to person that is at the peak during ovulation and also increases when an individual is under tremendous stress.

Besides infection, leucorrhoea is also caused from metabolic as well as hormonal disorders and is commonly found in withered, weak and anemic women. Gonorrhea, dislocation of uterus and irritation of the womb after the birth of child are also considered as some of the causes of leucorrhoea. However, a number of herbs are considered as the remedy for leucorrhoea treatment.

Coriander: 10 grams of dry coriander are to be soaked in 100 ml of water all through the night. Consume this water early in the morning in an empty stomach. This is a helpful herbal remedy for treating leucorrhoea.

Fenugreek seeds: Boil 3-4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds in a liter of water and prepare a douche in this manner. When the mixture starts to boil, it has to be kept in a low flame for about 30 minutes, filter and then use it. Fenugreek seeds can also be consumed in the form of tea and are extremely useful in dealing with leucorrhoea ailment.

Banana and Amla seeds: Grind the dried amla seeds and make it a powder.  Mix a teaspoon of amla seed powder with a ripe banana and consume this mixture at least for a period of 30-40 days. Again consumption of a ripe banana along with ghee twice daily is extremely helpful in treating the state of leucorrhoea.

Betel nut: Chew betel nut after the intake of food. This nut is useful in treating leucorrhoea and helps in the curing and preventing the development of the ailment.
