Nausea is normally caused by over eating, stress, fatigue and early signs of pregnancy. In other cases it is your body’s way of reacting to the food you’ve eaten. Curing this with a choice of herbs is a common remedy. Most of them can be blended into tea while others can be added to food preparations.
The first thing you need to do the moment you experience any nausea is to go out into the open. A burst of fresh oxygen should take care of the nausea and any light headed feelings that you may experience. Dab a few drops of mint oil on your hands or chew some gum to keep you alert.
Another quick fix is a glass of lemonade. The juice of the citrus fruit helps to ward of dizziness and cure the nausea that you feel. Add sugar to the juice to restore your energy levels if you have already thrown up.
Brew a cup of water with a spoon of asparagus powder. Let it cool down and then you may drink the concoction. You may add a spoon of honey or sugar for taste.
Another brew that helps is fennel seeds and water with a dash of lemon juice, ginger and honey. The mixture needs to be boiled for 2 0minutes to make it extremely strong. Then strain the mix to avoid the herbs from getting through to the cup. Drink it hot, it will give you instant relief. You may feel sleepy after drinking this portion. A short nap for about 30 minutes will revive you.
Fennel and Dill seeds form an excellent tea that helps to cure your condition. Mix the seeds together and pour hot water over it. Cover the canister that is brewing the concoction. Drink about 2 to 3 cups as per your condition. You can try the same brew with artichoke leaves and peppermint as well.
