Hip bursitis infection- treat with natural remedies

Hip bursitis is the bulging and aches of hip bursa. Bursa is a fluid-filled sac that acts as a shock absorber between the tendon and the bones. Normally, bursa has a small amount of fluid in it but it grows larger and becomes inflamed and painful when it is injured. During this injury, the sac is filled up with too much fluid. There are a number of natural remedies to treat hip bursitis infection, which are:Potato: Potato is considered to be an excellent remedy of treating Bursitis naturally. One needs to soak two teaspoons of grated potato overnight in water and drink it in the morning before the intake of any food. This procedure has to be followed for a week and one can be fully relieved from the pain and swelling of bursitis.
Apple Cider Vinegar: A mixture of honey and apple cider vinegar is useful in treating bursitis. Furthermore, Cayenne pepper combined with apple cider vinegar is helpful in treating the disease.
Olive oil: Application of warm olive oil in the area of the inflammation and swelling due to bursitis and rubbing and massaging the area with the same is one of the ancient natural ways to cure Bursitis. This helps in relieving the pain as well as further recurrence of the disease in the near future.
Sea water: Sea water has a huge reputation in curing chronic hip bursitis. One can buy sea water from the local health food store and intake it daily. However, one thing should be kept in mind that persons suffering from high blood pressure should stay away from consuming sea water as it contains salt and intake of salt is very harmful to blood pressure patients.
Ginger and turmeric: Fresh ginger and turmeric are useful for arthritis and bursitis because of its capacity as anti-inflammatory. Ginger can also be used in the form of a capsule in treating hip bursitis. Hip bursitis is often caused as a result of osteoarthritis and can be treated by anti-inflammatory food and natural remedies like ginger and turmeric.
Mixture: A mixture of alfalfa, chaparrals and comfrey help in diminishing soreness and easing out inflammation.
Besides these, emu oil has good effects on bursitis as it contains a high level of linolenic acid that works effectively on muscle and joint pains. Lobelia oil can be used to prevent stiffness to the affected parts. Ice is also a useful remedy for pain and inflammation. Chamomile, hops and skullcap tea are effective in healing process.
