Swelling feet is the commonest problem of pregnancy. It can be reduced by drinking lime mixed lukewarm water daily. Buttermilk is also an effective home remedy for swelling feet. Make a habit to drink buttermilk daily. Sesame seeds have warming properties and therefore can be used for treating swelling feet. To cure vomiting, mix fennel, lemon and rose oil. Massage upper chest and lower part of waist with it. Problem of fluid retention can be treated by massaging the body by mixture of eucalyptus, geranium and lavender oil.

It is also important to watch your diet. Eat a balanced and nutritious diet. Foods rich in proteins, vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates should be made part of the diet. Drink sufficient water. Water detoxifies body and cures the problems of constipation, indigestion and acidity in its own natural way. Footwear should be comfortable so that foot pain can be avoided. Take few precautions and home based remedies to cure the pregnancy problems in a healthy way.
