Constipation means three or fewer bowel movements in a week as well as hard, dry stool that are painful and difficult to pass. Water: Water is one of the best remedies for curing the constipation problems. Consume eight to ten glasses of water daily in order to combat the problem effectively. It is always essential to maintain the intestines in a good condition. Take a copper container and store water in it for the whole night. Drink it empty stomach in the morning.
