
Piles is a clinical condition in which inflammation of veins of lower rectum occurs. Clinical term used for piles is hemorrhoids. Swelling of the veins is also observed during piles. The extra pressure on the veins of lower rectums is considered to be the factor responsible for the piles.
However the other factors responsible for this problems may include long term constipation, pregnancy, consumption of diet which low in fiber, anal intercourse etc. The main symptom of this disease is irritable movement of bowel and painful passing of the stools. Peels of pomegranate are used very commonly for the treatment of piles.
Take few peels of the pomegranate, soak them in water and boil this peels containing water for some time, let the water cool down, take this water twice a day, in the morning and while going to bed in the night. Buttermilk is very effective in treatment of piles. It is more effective in case the buttermilk is prepared from the milk of cow. Add ginger, salt and peppercorns in the buttermilk and take this twice daily. You will get a great relief from the piles.
Mustard is very helpful in treatment of piles. Powdered mustard when mixed with yoghurt gives a quick relief from the symptoms of piles. A mixture of lime juice and ginger juice is very helpful in case of piles. Taking this mixture on regular basis provides a great relief from the piles.
