Potato juice has been used for centuries in several countries across the globe as a cure for arthritis. Simply cut a few slices of the potato and place them in a glass. Pour warm water over these slices. Cover the glass with a lid and keep it over night. In the morning when you wake up the first thing you need to do is drink the water on an empty stomach. The juice will help to cure the pain instantly.

A few other vegetables prove to be beneficial in curing pain caused by arthritis as well. Carrots, bets and leafy vegetables are extremely helpful in curing the pains. The alkalinity in the vegetables takes away the deposits that form around the joints that are responsible for the pain. Invest in a hand blender or a juicer so that you can blend fresh vegetable juices at home. Eating the vegetables raw is equally beneficial.

Garlic has properties to help to heal pain caused by arthritis. It reduces the swelling in the joints thereby releasing the pain. Eating it cooked or raw will give you the same benefits.

A vegetarian diet devoid of meat, fish and poultry helps to cure the pain caused. Reduce the amount of dairy or eliminate it completely and replace all food and snacks with vegetables for a healthier and quicker recovery.

You must sleep in a clean room that does not have any dust or dirt in it. The dirt increases the intensity of an attack.

Soak raisins in gin and eat a few of them throughout the day. This will relieve any pain that you may suffer from.

Pineapple reduces swelling and internal inflammation. Drink a cup of the juice or blend it with a glass of milk. You may choose to eat it in a salad or sandwich as well.

Every morning start your day a few unsalted walnuts accompanied with a glass of warm water with a dash of honey.
