You can put your feet in lemon water for 15 to 20 minutes daily for a period of about 10 days. It will be very helpful in reducing the cracks around the heel. Banana pulp is one of the most commonly used remedy for cracked heels. Applying banana pulp to the affected areas on a regular basis provides a quick relief from the pain. A mixture of rosewater and glycerin can be very effective in case of cracked heels. Applying this on the wounds on regular basis cures the cracks very easily.
