Asafoetida
Asafoetida is an excellent herb for treating all kinds of digestive problems. Its regular consumption helps to prevent and treat flatulence. Asafoetida is commonly used in Indian cuisine specifically for this purpose apart from enhancing the aroma of food.
Fry a small piece of asafoetida in pure ghee. Add the ghee to your vegetables to treat flatulence. Dissolve a piece of asafoetida in warm water. Apply the solution around your navel to relieve wind formation.
Fennel

Apple Juice
