Lemon and sugar: Mix one tablespoon of lime or lemon juice with 4-5 tablespoon of sugar. While taking bath, after lathering the entire body with soft soap scrubs the face as well as the whole body with the mixed sugar on the lather. This is an effective method of having a healthy glowing skin.
Maize flour and milk: Take 3-4 tablespoon of maize flour and add milk to it. After making the paste, rub the entire body with the paste. This will not only clean and moisturize the body but will also act as a scrubber for the body. This is a helpful method of having a healthy skin.
Honey and lemon: Mix appropriate honey and lemon with white sugar and put it on the hands, feet, face and body at least once in a week. This mixture not only cleanses the skin but also makes the skin soft and supple.
Banana: Mashed bananas are extremely helpful for the face. Milk three – four drops of milk to the bananas and apply it on the face. Keep the mixture on the face for a period of about 15-20 minutes and then wash it off using cold water. This remedy can do wonders in restoring the glow of the skin.
Vaseline gel: Vaseline gel is extremely beneficial for the leg and the heels. All that one needs to do is to apply the Vaseline lavishly on the heels of the legs and wear socks before going to bed. The gel will soak into the heels of the legs all through the night. In the morning, they will turn healthy and soft.
