Home Remedies For Treating The Problem Of Underweight
The problem of underweight can be solved by taking few precautions and also by treatment which is free of side effects. Some of the Home remedies for gaining weight are:
1. Musk melon treatment:In this treatment musk melons are taken thrice a day for 40-45 days. One can initially start with 3 kilograms of musk melons daily. And then increase the quantity day by day as per your ease and hunger.
2. Mango milk treatment:As we all know that mango fruit is rich in sugar and sugar helps in gaining weight but it does not contains proteins. That is why it is suggested to have mangoes with milk which is rich in proteins. Thus the combination of both is good for this problem. This diet is taken for at least one month and after that one can notice improvement in health and weight.
3. Milk treatment: In this treatment the patient has to fast for 3 days on warm water and lime juice so that the system can be cleaned. After that one can start the diet with a glass of milk every 2 hours and increase the quantity of milk gradually as per the tolerance and comfort ability.
4. Figs treatment: Figs are an excellent remedy to gain weight as it is a strengthening and fattening food. Soak 3 dry figs in water and take twice a day.
5. Raisins treatment: One has to take thirty grams per day Along with the healthy diet.
Apart from the treatment one can gain weight by eating green leafy vegetables like spinach, turnip, radish etc.
