Home Remedies For Whooping Cough

Cough is one of the body’s way to remove foreign material or mucus from the lungs and throat. The most common symptom is when air ways become tight.

There is generally two types of cough one is productive cough which produces mucus from the lungs and the other is non productive cough which is dry and does not produce any mucus from the lungs. In other terms, the tubes which we uses for breathe they are stimulated. The various causes for cough are smoking, allergies t dust, smoke, pollen grains, asthma and weather changes.

The various home remedies of cough are:

1) Fill one cut lemon with black pepper powder and salt and suck it reduced the intensity of cough.

2) Add a pinch of grounded brown pepper in one tea spoon of pure honey . Regular use of it 2-3 times a day will help in curing a cough.

3) Another home remedy for cough can be done by making a cough syrup: extract the juice from the onions, mix it with honey and take it 2-3 times a day.

4) Almonds are highly beneficial for the patients suffering from cough.

5) A patient must chew 4 leaves of holy basil (tulsi) and 4 black peppers to prevent cough and other respiratory system ailments.

6) A tea made from aniseed (saunf) and holy basil should be taken regularly from immediate relief from cough.
