How Does Exercise Make Us Energetic

Exercise is vital to feeling energetic. When you do exercise, your blood travels more well bringing the much needes blood to the lungs and nutrients to all the parts of the body and, makes you feel energetic. It is so good to do exercise in some form or the other to feel good and energetic.

The type of exercise which one wishes to do depends on each one’s body temperament and other factors like time and choice. Some may like going for a walk daily in the morning, while some others nmay op for aerobics or go to the gym to do various exercises. Some may just prefer to carry on a physically active life.

Walking is the cheapest and most easy type of exercise. You may start going for a walk early in the morning before you start your routine for the day. Going for a walk early in the morning gives us a lot of fresh air and makes us feel energetic. You need no particular investment in starting to walk except for the time you have to spend to walk. Beisides investing on a sports shoers is primerly only for your comfort; a pair of canvas shoes could also serve the purpose.

Jogging and running are more strenous exercises than walking and can be taken up after a few months of walking. They also help pump blood and help to lose weight and feel energetic too. Weight is a cause of concern for most people and people who lose weight or are of correct weight feel more happy and energetic too.

Swimming and cycling are also good and strenous exercises. But all of us may be not able to do it as some may have health restrictions. People who have been operated for hernia are not allowed to cycle. Similarly people with cut marks due to surgery may not want to expose their body to swim.

Going to the gym has become a fad of many people today. It is an expensive form of exercise though it does help us feel energetic.

Besides I would like to suggest that doing physical activity within limits also helps to make us more energetic. You could go the nearby supermarket or grocery shop by bicycle or walk. This not only saves fuel but gives you some exercise and makes you feel energetic. You could park your car a few blocks away from work and walk the distance to and fro from office. You would feel good and energetic. If you have a bus going near your workplace then you could take the bus to and fro from work giving you the needed exercise of walking to and fro to the bus stop and home and to and fro from the bus stop to office.

To conclude, exercise should form an integral part of your daily routine. Research has proved that exercise promotes feel good endorphins in the brain making you feel energized and is highly addictive as we do more and more exercise.
